In addition, it allows dealers and integrators to differentiate themselves from the competition, and to turn video systems into RMR generators. In this session, you’ll learn:
- What video verification is and how it’s different from video investigation
- Why video verification is important to all stakeholders – customer, police and your company
- The top applications that resonate with end users
- How to upsell the end user and generate a higher RMR
Tammy began her career in the alarm industry 30 years ago as a Monitoring Representative for Sonitrol/PSI. During her time there she held several key roles, monitoring, programmer, Supervisor, Manager, Dealer Manager and Tech Data Manager. When Protection 1 purchased Sonitrol/PSI/IASG the opportunity came for her to relocate from California to Texas to take on the role of Tech Support Manager. A few years later she was promoted to the Director. The monitoring center is her key role, she also over sees the Commercial Account Specialist team. That team supports our Key Accounts and provides the 1 touch feel. Away from work, she enjoys restoring historical muscle cars with her husband, spending time outside with family and experiencing new things.
