- ESX is a trade event; no one under the age of 16 will be admitted.

- Registrants not professionally involved in the electronic security industry will not be admitted nor refunded after May 28.

- Attendees may be asked to present a business card to validate credentials.

- Applicable payment must accompany form for registration to be complete and processed.

- Cancellation requests must be received in writing prior to May 28 and are subject to a $50 service charge plus half the total registration fee.

- All registrations are non-refundable after May 28.
|
- CSAA and ESA member discounts are for members in good standing only.
|
- All discounts are only applicable at time of registration and will not be credited or issued after the initial registration.
|
- A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
|
- This charge will appear as Electronic Security Ex on your credit card statement.
