ESX is owned & supported by
ESX is different from all other industry conferences and shows because it’s owned by the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) and Electronic Security Association (ESA). The revenue generated by the conference will remain within the industry to be used for programming, education, legislative activities and public relations to benefit your company.
How to Enter
Please review the information needed for entries below to ensure you provide us with all of the information needed to consider your product for the Maximum Impact Awards.
For each product/service submitted, please provide the following information:
1. Under which of the product/service categories does the submission fall?
2. Is the product:
New (first delivered to the market Jan. 1, 2011 – July 1, 2011)
Field Tested (first delivered to the market prior to Jan. 1, 2011 but after Jan. 1, 2009)
3. In 300-500 words, please describe:
a. the product/service’s essential features and functions
b. how the product/service answers end-user needs
c. how the product/service can help integration and/or monitoring companies grow revenues
d. how offering the product/service can increase the valuation of integration and/or monitoring companies
4. For Fielded Tested entries, please also provide client testimonials or case study summaries of the positive results experienced (may increase entry submission to up to 750 words total).
5. Please provide digital product/service photography, company logo, plus any other images relevant on the submitted product/service. Acceptable formats are tiff, jpg, and eps with resolution of at least 300 DPI.
Entry Fees
First Product/Service $795 ESX exhibitor $1,295 non-exhibitor
Additional Entries $495 ESX exhibitor $995 non-exhibitor
The deadline for all entries is March 18, 2011.
Please be aware that your product will be judged on the information and photographs provided in this application, with special emphasis on the accompanying essay questions. Your answers to these questions will provide judges with criteria for selecting the finalists for each category.
