Press Office Sponsorship:  As the central location for media convergence at the show, the Press Office provides a high-visibility sponsorship opportunity for exhibitors looking to reach media personnel. Media visit the center to check emails, write their stories, grab a cup of coffee, exhibitor press kits & review the latest press releases from the ESX show floor. Exhibitor Press Kits:  The Press Office is a press resource room at the Charlotte Convention Center, which is available to registered media personnel only. Members of the media are given access to exhibitor press kits in this room. Be sure to drop by the Press Office and leave a supply of 25 press kits for media use. This is a great way to get the message out about your company’s products and services.
