ESX is different from all other industry conferences and shows because it’s owned by the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) and Electronic Security Association (ESA). The revenue generated by the conference will remain within the industry to be used for programming, education, legislative activities and public relations to benefit your company.

As an ESX exhibitor, we encourage you to reach out to your media contacts, as well as those registered for the show, to promote your presence at ESX. Just as attendees plan their visit to tradeshows prior to their arrival, members of the media prepare their schedules prior to arriving at the show. Capitalize on your company’s exhibit by inviting the media to visit with you at ESX. It is the perfect opportunity to gain additional exposure for your products and services.
| Following is a checklist of recommended actions to help you make the most of your exhibit by stepping up your public relations efforts: |

Send invitations to your existing media contacts to attend ESX. Notify them of any new products on display, or announcements to be made -- give them a reason to come!

Request a copy of the ESX pre-registered media list, available May 27, 2011.

Compile 25 press kits (hard copy or CD-ROM) for distribution at the ESX on-site Press Office. Be sure to note your booth number in a prominent location on your press kit!
