We are aware that you may be contacted by travel or housing agencies purporting to offer ESX attendees and exhibitors hotel rooms at significant discounts. Do not be fooled by seemingly low rates and amenities. They are scams and you will fall prey to lost deposits, hotel rooms that do not exist, switched hotels, and hidden costs.

These companies are in no way affiliated with Alarm Industry Expo, LLC , ESX, the Fort Worth Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Fort Worth Convention Center, or any of our hotels. They troll the internet and association Web sites looking for annual events and then gain access to email addresses for direct contact or draw attendees to their Web sites posing as your association’s sanctioned housing provider. Do not give them your credit card information.

In order to provide you with the lowest rates in official ESX hotels, we have arranged for you to be able to book directly with the hotels. You will not be contacted by anyone to secure your rooms. This is the only way to secure your confidential information and if you do choose to use an organization to secure your rooms, you do so at your own risk.

If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room reservation for ESX 2016, or if they represent themselves as the “ESX housing provider,” please get as much information as you can, then contact Philine Stagg at philine.stagg@esxweb.com immediately.
