This course starts with is a photo essay showing both high-quality and low-quality installations and explains the reasons behind the results. From there we proceed to a presentation on the key management and operational methods that lead to consistently excellent, high quality installation work. You'll have plenty of time for question and answer along the way with two of the ESA National Training School's most knowledgable technical instructors.
