ESX is different from all other industry conferences and shows because it’s owned by the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) and Electronic Security Association (ESA). The revenue generated by the conference will remain within the industry to be used for programming, education, legislative activities and public relations to benefit your company.
May 7, 2012 - ADS Security, the All-Star Host Company for the 2012 Electronic Security Expo (ESX), will host a tour of its award-winning Central Station on Tuesday, June 26 at 4:00 pm. During the tour, sponsored by Honeywell Security Group, attendees will visit ADS Security's CSAA Five Diamond Central Station, where the most modern computer and telecommunications technology are used. At ADS Security each operator has earned the CSAA Five Diamond Central Station Certificate, the highest training certification in the industry.
"We are honored to be the All-Star Host for ESX 2012 and look forward to welcoming attendees into our Central Station during the show," says John Cerasuolo, president of ADS Security.
"Our state-of-the-art Central Station has a dedicated team of monitoring professionals working every day to ensure that our customers are always given the best possible service."
A motor coach will take attendees from the Nashville Convention Center to ADS headquarters, where the tour will provide a view of the facility’s technology, design and state-of-the-art security systems. Afterward, ADS will host a cocktail reception where attendees will meet members of the ADS staff to discuss Central Station operations.
"It's important for us to provide outstanding service. That's why our Central Station team is made up of employees who have worked at ADS for many years, and why each of our operators has earned the CSAA Five Diamond Central Station Training Certificate," says Lela Mullins, Senior Vice President, Monitoring Operations.
"We truly care about doing the best job possible in helping people when they really need us most. It makes us feel good to know we are making a difference."
The ADS Central Station Operators respond to electronic signals originating from customer security systems installed in both homes and businesses.
ADS Security, established in 1990 and currently serving more than 70,000 businesses, industrial facilities and residences throughout the southeastern United States, provides a full range of burglar and fire alarms, as well as video surveillance and access control systems.
