Charlotte is Hot Spot for Young Professionals

Charlotte’s lively night scene makes it a great place for ESX’s 20 and 30-somethings to explore.

Its famous EpiCentre is the pinnacle for young nightlife, offering bars, bowling alleys, movie theaters, dance clubs and live feel-good music from an array of genres.

Here are a few local places young security professionals will want to mark on their “to see list.”

Whisky River
Owned by NASCAR superstar Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Whisky River has cemented itself as nightlife royalty in a short period of time. This bar delivers the best live performances by today's chart-topping artists, along with world-class DJs spinning rock, country and all around fun music seven nights a week.

With celebrity guests dropping in from time-to-time, you never know who you’ll run into! This Charlotte hot spot is a stop on the ESX Club Crawl, sponsored by Interlogix. Make sure you’re there!

Strike City
This is not your typical neighborhood bowling alley. Strike City is a 21st century, multimedia bowling and dining experience. It has a comfortable dining room, three full bars, private event rooms, 18 lanes of bowling and more. There are more than 70 mega-, super- and large-sized high-definition video screens. It also has a cutting edge audio and music system.

Strike City will also host the YSP Kick Off Reception during ESX.

Beer Garden
The EpiCentre’s newest addition is a brand new beer garden, expected to open to the public on April 30. Located on the rooftop, this European-inspired setting will contain trees and water features.
